Meet Lenworth “Lenny” Wilson

Hi, I’m Lenworth “Lenny” Wilson, a Data Manager and six-time Salesforce Certified Administrator currently serving at Habitat for Humanity.

My professional journey began in supply chain operations, where I worked as a Business & Systems Analyst. In that role, I developed a strong foundation in operational strategy, system analysis, and data-driven problem solving.

Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the intersection of technology and organizational efficiency. This passion eventually led me to specialize in Salesforce CRM systems and the strategic role they play in helping organizations operate more effectively.

My mission is to help nonprofits overcome those challenges by designing smarter, more structured CRM environments that improve clarity, strengthen reporting, and support better decision making.
